Shipping policy

 

All orders are completed (processed & produced) within 2 weeks business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you need rush services, please contact info@smalltownpromos.com.

All orders are shipped from Greenfield, Iowa.

All orders are double-checked at the time they are shipped. If you believe that part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.

Production & shipping times may vary due to high volume of orders and postal service problems that our outside of our control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for customers who would like to pick their order up at our storefront. We are located at 106 NE 2nd Street in Greenfield, Iowa. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@smalltownpromos.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some of our carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Due to this, if your shipping address is a P.O. box your items will be shipping via USPS no matter what you select in check out.
